Mango Pash Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 x Passionfruit
1/2 x Mango
1/2 Banana (frozen)
1/4c Zucchini/cauliflower (frozen)
1/4c Oats
2 tbsp Hemp seeds
1 serve protein powder (vanilla/banana/coconut or unflavoured work well)
1/2c milk/yoghurt/kefir of choice
Water to blend
Blitz in a blender or Nutribullet until smooth and you’re done!
Tip: this is a good one to sneak a teaspoon of turmeric or maca powder into too!
