It includes a review of any recent test results, current supplements and screening for interactions with medications (where applicable), plus discussion of treatment options, relevant referrals and/or testing recommendations going forward. You receive a detailed treatment plan via email following your consultation, including personalised practitioner-grade herb/supplement prescription as indicated.

Follow-up consultations are for your ongoing care once an initial consultation has taken place. This appointment is utilised to build on the holistic understanding of your case, review any additional test results and monitor the progress and implementation of your initial treatment plan. Accountability, ongoing support and coaching are an important aspect to integrating change and ensuring your continued success. Your treatment plan and prescription is updated as required.

SESSION ONE
75-minute initial consultation - the deep dive
A comprehensive holistic assessment that’s focused on getting to know you and unpacking all of the details of your case more thoroughly than you likely ever have before!
The initial consultation covers your present state of health, personal and family health history, plus contributing diet and lifestyle factors. We’ll also review your recent test results, any supplements you’re already taking and screen for medication interactions or side effects. You’ll receive a new client intake form link in your booking confirmation email so that you can gather some of this information prior to your appointment. This allows us to start to joining the dots between symptoms and body systems in your case so that we can establish the underlying drivers that need to be addressed, or perhaps investigated further. This may also require additional functional testing or referral back to your medical team to seek further investigation.
Following your consultation you’ll receive your personalised treatment plan via email. Any practitioner-grade herb and/or supplement recommendations are accessed via your online dispensary prescription. This is emailed via an online Naturopathic dispensary where you can fulfil for delivery directly to you, anywhere in Australia!
SESSION TWO
60-minute follow-up consultation (month 2)
This appointment builds on the holistic understanding of your case, peeling back more layers to uncover the deeper causes and factors contributing to your state of health. We review any additional test results or tracking (eg. diet/cycle/symptoms) and monitor the progress and implementation of your initial treatment plan. Your treatment plan and prescription is updated accordingly.
SESSION THREE
60-minute follow-up consultation (month 3)
Time to review & refine! The third consultation is where the magic happens as the puzzle pieces of your case are all coming together beautifully. This appointment is about keeping you on track, making adjustments to your plan and establishing your ongoing support needs, which are all important aspects to integrating change and ensuring your continued success!

SINGLE CONSULTATIONS

NEW CLIENT FIRST APPOINTMENT: your 75-minute initial consultation allows us time to explore your primary health concern in depth, along with its contributing factors and your health history. It includes a review of any recent test results or current supplements, plus discussion of treatment options and any relevant testing recommendations going forward. You will receive your personalised treatment plan via email following your consultation, as well as links to your recommended herb and/or supplement prescriptions that are easily paid and fulfilled online to be delivered directly to you.

NEW CLIENT FIRST APPOINTMENT: for children 12 and under (allow 40-50 minutes).

45 minutes (existing clients only): in our follow-up appointments we build on the holistic understanding of your case, review any additional test results and monitor the progress and implementation of your treatment plan. Accountability and ongoing support important aspects to integrating change and ensuring your continued success. Your treatment plan and prescription is updated as required.

60 minutes (existing clients only): an extended follow-up is best if it's been 12+ months since your last appointment, or when there are multiple test results to review (eg. a microbiome report plus blood tests).

30 minutes (existing clients only): short follow-up appointments are available to longer term, regular clients who just need a quick check-in eg. a brief blood test review, prescription update or short accountability appointments more frequently to stay on track. Also suitable for children’s follow-up appointments.

10-15 minutes (existing clients): this appointment type is strictly for addressing an acute concern that requires prompt attention and symptom relief. Ideal for immune support: prevention or symptomatic prescription for circumstances such as cough/cold/flu/hay fever, shingles, gastroenteritis, acute thrush or UTI, support whilst on antibiotics, or for custom herbal creams.

Please note: consultation fees also cover the additional time and care taken to prepare your personalised treatment plan outside of your appointment. Any referrals for testing or prescribed products incur separate cost payable to external providers eg. testing labs or online dispensaries.

We partner with pathology services such as Clinical Labs, Nutripath, RN Labs, iScreen and InterClinical in order to offer a broad range of testing options.
This provides out-of-pocket access to standard blood tests such as vitamin D & thyroid panels, through to functional tests such as organic acid testing, heavy metals, hormones & more.

Gut Health Testing
With options ranging from comprehensive parasite screening, to SIBO breath testing & DNA-based Microbiome mapping, we determine the best test for your case from the wide range of services available.
We work with specialised gut pathology services provided by labs such as Microba, Designs for Health & Nutripath.

Vaginal Microbiome Testing
The vaginal microbiome plays an integral role in maintaining genitourinary health & is particularly related to recurrent urinary & vaginal infections, fungal overgrowth, HPV & pregnancy.
Testing is completed via at-home swab kit that is sent off to the lab for analysis & can provide valuable insight into stubborn, recurrent conditions.
