Raspberry & Peanut Butter Overnight Oats


Nutritious, easy to prep, portable and delicious - these overnight oat jars are a winner!


Ingredients (1 serve):

  • 1/4 cup rolled oats

  • 1 tsp chia seeds

  • 1/4 cup almond milk 

  • 1/4 cup raspberries 

  • 1tsp Mayver’s dark roasted peanut butter 

  • 1/3 cup yoghurt 

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder 


Method:

  • Add oats & chia seeds to a small jar or container.

  • Add almond milk & stir together well.

  • Drizzle peanut butter over.

  • Layer the raspberries on top.

  • In a separate bowl, add the yoghurt and protein powder & mix together until well combined.

  • Pour the protein yoghurt mix into your oat jar and seal with the lid.

  • Store in the fridge until ready to eat! *Keeps for 2-3 days.


Notes:

  • For this recipe I’ve used a repurposed 200g Pana chocolate hazelnut spread jar and it fits perfectly!

  • If you choose to use plant-based milk, yoghurt and protein powder, this recipe is suitable for vegans and vegetarians. You can also use dairy options if preferred. I usually use Pure Harvest unsweetened almond milk, CocoBella or Nakula vanilla coconut yoghurt and Switch Nutrition vanilla plant protein.

  • Frozen raspberries work so well in this and are easy to have on hand, but you can also use fresh.
